Welcome back, Jaynee and thank you for the wonderful comment on "The Gallery" and I had commented back. How is your new house and everything?

You have a nice page here Janynee. I still have not figured how to make it work. I think it is my system which is Linux not compatable as some things don't work for me here and some do. One is the music sound. Another is accepting friend invites. And making my page brighter and nicer all they do is freeze my computer. :( I still have no clue what a widget is and NO ONE will tell me. Though I have asked.

You are welcome, Jaynee... Happy holidays! How is the weather where you are at? Can we trade weather for just a day so I can go para-sailing, scuba diving (Lake Michigan) and maybe sunbathe for a bit so I can become the bronzed matinee' idol I once thought I was when I was, oh, about four years old.

Beautifully put, Jaynee and I shall heed this advice because after further thought and contemplation I agree that I will let it flow... I will continue to do what I do best, keep learning and creating and laying down pieces of my soul, my heart with the hope that others will do the same.... That is all I can do. People like you inspire me, help me stay focused and balanced and for this I am most grateful... I am grateful that I was provided the tools to get this far... Thanks again, my dear friend...

It's true that sometimes I overwork and not take time to enjoy the simpler pleasures of this world but I know that in time, I will be provided the luxury to partake more in the wonders bestowed upon me... I, too, am looking forward to returning to Hawaii.... That would be sincerely a just reward.

Your music inspirations are near enough mine. Oh, when was in Chiang Mai, Thailand I had the good fortune to receive the deep-tissue massage from one of the world-renowned masters... It was an experience.

Tell Us A Little About Yourself
I am a spiritually minded woman dedicated to growing as a person and living on this sweet earth of ours with gratitude and compassion for my fellowman. I believe in the small things that can make the difference in peoples lives. A kind gesture, a warm smile, a helping hand, a meal shared and a little praise can all go a long way.
I am a mother fo 4 (two children still with me of school age) and a grandmother of two, my love for these precious ones is inscribed on the tablets of my heart. I thank the man with whom I had the honour of creating our family. We are now, no longer together, we were married for 17 years and have been divorced for 8 yrs. Yet we are still a family and raising our children to the best of our ability is still our number one priority.
I am 45 yrs old and I am trained in therapeutic massage and remedial therapies. I am a great believer in the healing nature of bodywork therapies. "The issues are in the tissues."
I believe in living the life you love and doing all you can to make that happen with consideration for those around you as you go.
I like to write poetry and I also paint and draw. I love to soul dance to the congas, it is a great way to unblock energies and tension held in the body. As part of looking after myself I do a bit of daily yoga and walking, and some meditation and listening to my inner guides/ance.
I spent the first 6 yrs of my life in England and the rest in Australia. I also lived in New Zealand for about 4 yrs, and am now living in Queenland Australia.
What Music Do You Like?
All sorts of music. I am not very knowledgeable on the different categories etc. If it moves me, inspires me, or touches my soul in some way then I like it. Here are some of the artists I have enjoyed over the years and some contempory ones too. Janis Joplin, Joe Cocker, Moody blues, Cat Stevens, Neil Young, Leonard Cohen, Buffy Saint Marie, Melanie, Pink floyd, Led Zepplin, Jethro Tull, Roberta flack, Barbara Streisand, Matchbox Twenty, Nickelback, Powderfinger, Krishna Das, Prima deval and mitten, and too many more to mention. I remain forever open to what the world stage has to offer.
What are your creative outlets and/or aspirations?
Thats a hard one to answer. I am not sure how others see me now or how they will see me in the future. My calmness I suppose, though my children might contest that : )
Hopefully the reflections of love as I know it that I share with others.
What or Who are your greatest inspirations?
My closest friends, my children, many "new age" authors and I will include here the beauty of creation.

Jaynees favourite words of inspiration

Love is the song of creation.
It is our power.
It is a time for courage wielded with gentleness.
We are called to be peaceful warriors.
We are challenged to reach beyond ourselves
and find new strength and wondrous power.
May we ever walk in gentleness and love.

The Love Affair

Dear beach, oh beautiful beach,
I request an audience with you today,
that I may bask in your majestic glory,
and expand and meld with you,
that we may hear each others song
and be touched forever in our intimacy.

Dear Father

There is emptiness where you should be,

a sense of abandonment in my heart,

the place I once knew as home

which I left long ago.

Where were you?

Who were you?

And who are you now?

What are you feeling my father

as you lie dying in your bed?

Have you come fac

Monumental Lives For Monumental Change: ....Join Us!

We Making The Difference!" The Steps Toward A Better World Begin With The Steps Taken To Better Oneself! "A foundation is but the base and it is the collection of building blocks that creates what many should strive to ascend."

Living a monumental life doesn't necessarily mean possession of a large financial fortune or living in the spotlight of public adoration and fame. What I think it means is that you act in accordance with your own identity while acting in ways that are positive and conducive to happiness, serenity and harmony. What I think it means is that you generate positive energies and in turn, your positive energies have a positive effect on others. Linkin' Monuments-- a positive chain of energy! Read More>>>

The Thirteen Reasons

1.) You are as important as the next person
2.) Your contributions to this world are as monumental as the next person
3.)You believe in yourself because you know you "can"
4.)You believe in your neighbors because you know they "can"
5.)No matter how difficult it may seem, you are not alone.
6.)You deserve as much respect as does the next person
7.)Don't wonder so much what your life might have been but put into action what you want your life to become.
8.)You matter because we all matter.
9.)Enough failures will lead to success once you succeed in failing to give up.
10.)This world has so much to offer and you have so much more to offer it.
11.)You have many talents and abilities...a few which may have yet to be uncovered.
12.)The treasures you may seek are near enough the heart that it wouldn't take more than a heartbeat to uncover the most precious gems of all.
13.)You are here because you belong!

Welcome!

The Three Conditions

1.)This network is for one and for all...No matter what color, what creed or belief, what political affiliation you subscribe or what candidate you endorse this network is open to you.
2.)As in any community each one of us has our own unique personalities, traits, belief systems, talents and as long as any of these elements are not breaches against the prosperity of the community then they should be allowed, accepted and honored. Community is about diversity. This is a Community
3.)It is my greatest hope that we learn from each other. Each one of us has so much to offer. No one here is better or smarter or more talented than the next person. Each one of us has our strengths; each one of us has our weaknesses. Your strength in one area is of great benefit to my weakness in that same area. A simple philosophy of mine: "A greedy mine is to learn, yet not teach & A lazy mind is to yearn, yet not reach" Let us not be greedy, let us not be lazy.
