I agree, Cathy and we've yet so much to accomplish in this world and I am a firm believer in the mantra, "Yes, We Can!"

HUMAN DECENCY ROCK ON!"

HUMAN DECENCY ROCK ON & on an on an on!

Americas made of a mix of heritage and culture down to the very first American Indian & the last non-citizen that steps a foot onto American land at midnight.

A melting pot. I love it! I risked my life for this land like many, many others & all of its people, but not just for our people but for human decency. I am proud to be part of a country who is not afraid to cry out for human decency.

I LOVE IT!

I tried to stand strong for my family from a distance like many, many others. For my troops who wanted so much out of life in so many ways. I tried to do my best to serve with respect and dignity like many, many others even when I wasn’t receiving any like many, many others .

I watched the Mash Unit grow from a small tent into a huge complicated hospital of tent mazes in a matter of 4 months. In those tents were soldiers of all races, beliefs, & families. Soldiers from a variety of countries. Then there were the locals. The locals would try desperately to bring there wounded & sick into the Mash Unit because there had never been that kind of care in their area. Their children, mother, father, sister, grandmothers were in need of help, desperate help. They would risk their lives for being there from the moment our soldiers would open the gate and let them step in. Not from our military but from the militia who did not share the same views of human decency.

I SERVED THIS COUNTRY WITH PRIDE AND HONOR.

I heard the doctors talk about the children who were in pieces. Wrapped in bandages .

They shook there heads sadly from their knowledge and the fact that a lot of the victims had been destroyed in ways they had never seen before or fathomed.

I listened to a young man who had been TDY there for 2 years when it was originally supposed to be 3 months. He told of the child that was just born . A little girl. As he spoke proudly. He looked at me in a way that I have only seen twice in my life until then. Before I left it had became something that was to numerous to count. Anyhow, he said, they don’t want us here. Its not a matter of if, it’s a matter of when. To this day I cry for him. I never seen him again. He was on a two hour break at that time before going back out into the thick mud and pounding rain for another two weeks. I prayed for him. I still pray for him. He is only one story among thousands.

An yet I was in that danger as well but we tried not to think about that as the mortars flew over heads at anytime anywhere daily.

I say. That if emails must be forwarded with any kind of slur in regards to age, race, culture, skin, sex, religion and political views. Stick a little note like this too it…………

Let it be known that HUMAN DECENCY will and shall prevail for all. No matter where you come from, how educated you are, what you look like and what you believe in. Etc.

Oh , that’s just a dream. Well you know what? We have the power. Every single human being that reads this or clicks and moves on. We have the power to make HUMAN DECENCY a way of life. If not for ourselves, for our children and family.

I SEEN THE SOAKED TO THE BONE MIXED HERITAGE OF MEN & WOMAN COVERED WITH MUD ON A bitter, cold Christmas DAY in the desert. AS THE RAIN POURED DOWN ON THEM LIKE TEARS FOR ALL MEN, WOMAN, TEENAGERS AND CHILDREN WHO HAVE DIED BECAUSE OF THIS WORLDS INJUSTICE , they stared at me in my clean uniform even though it was drenched. An I felt ashamed that I wasn’t eating the mines, and bullets, and torture that they experienced. I wanted to wave and shout and yell WELCOME BACK. I couldn’t. I just stared back at them. Finally, I managed to snap out of my awe and gave a slow wave. One soldier just raised his hand . He looked exhausted and it seemed it took every effort of being able to do so.

MY HEART CRIED AT THAT MOMENT.

AND I WILL NEVER FORGET IT.

WHEN IT IS ALL SAID AND DONE. WE ARE HUMAN. NO HUMAN DESERVES TO BE DESTROYED, MENTALLY, PHYSICALLY OR OTHERWISE.

SO ROCK ON WITH DECENCY FOR THE HUMAN SPIRIT OF ALL.

Someone needs to create a sign that says:

You can create it. You can give it and be proud of it.
HUMAN DECENCY ROCK ON!

And share that in their yards, homes, work , schools, and among friends and loved ones.

Share that with the world.

An soon it would be said:
HUMAN DECENCY ROCK ON!!! And given like many, many others.

Created by someone who believes.

That is all we have to go on, just being ourselves for today and hopefully tomorrow, too, we'll be able to utilize our most precious of gifts, God-willing.

A 4mile hike of waterfalls.

I've been to this place and I am dying to go back. When you walk through it you feel like your walking in a storybook of a mystical land.

Why was it so terrible to want to depend on someone else besides myself for a change? Why am I still being looked at to fix it all?

Learning 2 let go and rebuild

Funny how sometimes your in the mood to layout every detail that got you where your at for the moment. Then there's other times like now, where you just don't feel like rehashing it all. The point is basically. I'm starting new and I have changed completely from the person I use to be. The details that I thought had to be perfect are now insignificant. An the desires to be everything doesn't mean much to me. Now just living day to day has become a simple adventure. Where before it was a dreaded outcome.
Am I survivor?
No.
I'm still surviving.
Still muddling through the daily grind just not as fast paced as what it use to be. I just have more personal agendas instead of everybody elses agendas.
I am a firm believer in one's own mind.
That its good to have.
Despite the world and what it believes.
So that's me today.
Tommorow who knows.

Monumental Lives For Monumental Change: ....Join Us!

We Making The Difference!" The Steps Toward A Better World Begin With The Steps Taken To Better Oneself! "A foundation is but the base and it is the collection of building blocks that creates what many should strive to ascend."

Living a monumental life doesn't necessarily mean possession of a large financial fortune or living in the spotlight of public adoration and fame. What I think it means is that you act in accordance with your own identity while acting in ways that are positive and conducive to happiness, serenity and harmony. What I think it means is that you generate positive energies and in turn, your positive energies have a positive effect on others. Linkin' Monuments-- a positive chain of energy! Read More>>>

The Thirteen Reasons

1.) You are as important as the next person
2.) Your contributions to this world are as monumental as the next person
3.)You believe in yourself because you know you "can"
4.)You believe in your neighbors because you know they "can"
5.)No matter how difficult it may seem, you are not alone.
6.)You deserve as much respect as does the next person
7.)Don't wonder so much what your life might have been but put into action what you want your life to become.
8.)You matter because we all matter.
9.)Enough failures will lead to success once you succeed in failing to give up.
10.)This world has so much to offer and you have so much more to offer it.
11.)You have many talents and abilities...a few which may have yet to be uncovered.
12.)The treasures you may seek are near enough the heart that it wouldn't take more than a heartbeat to uncover the most precious gems of all.
13.)You are here because you belong!

Welcome!

The Three Conditions

1.)This network is for one and for all...No matter what color, what creed or belief, what political affiliation you subscribe or what candidate you endorse this network is open to you.
2.)As in any community each one of us has our own unique personalities, traits, belief systems, talents and as long as any of these elements are not breaches against the prosperity of the community then they should be allowed, accepted and honored. Community is about diversity. This is a Community
3.)It is my greatest hope that we learn from each other. Each one of us has so much to offer. No one here is better or smarter or more talented than the next person. Each one of us has our strengths; each one of us has our weaknesses. Your strength in one area is of great benefit to my weakness in that same area. A simple philosophy of mine: "A greedy mine is to learn, yet not teach & A lazy mind is to yearn, yet not reach" Let us not be greedy, let us not be lazy.
